Who I am
My name is Nipun Bandara, a hospitality marketer, brand strategist, and visual storyteller with over a decade of experience across hotels, resorts, travel, dining, and destination brands throughout Sri Lanka, the Maldives, and the wider region. Having held marketing leadership roles with renowned hospitality brands including Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa, Galle Face Hotel, Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, and Radisson Collection Resort Galle, I brings a unique blend of commercial hospitality expertise and creative brand building.
Through The Herb Room, we work with independent hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality brands to develop stronger positioning, compelling content, and authentic guest-focused storytelling. Our experience spans hospitality marketing rescue, concept development, pre-opening strategy, content direction, influencer partnerships, and destination marketing.
